Cast Acrylic Sheet MC® is the brand name of the general purpose cell cast acrylic sheets manufactured by PT Margacipta Wirasentosa. The raw material, methyl methacrylate (MMA) is polymerized into MC® cast acrylic sheet. Marga Cipta Cast Acrylic Sheet is produced in batches between two sheets of superior quality glass. The finished product offers strength and superior top qualities not available in other types of acrylic sheet.

MC® Cast Acrylic Sheet – Satin is a one of Marga cipta Acrylic Sheet. It is often used in applications such as sign making, sign making, point of purchase displays, and skylights because of its durability, clarity, and resistance to UV rays. It can be easily cut cast acrylic for laser cutting , shaped, and drilled, and can be bonded or cemented together using acrylic adhesives.
MC® Cast Acrylic Sheet – Opal is a one of variant Marga cipta Acrylic Sheet.. It is a type of Marga Cipta Acrylic Sheet that has a milky frosted appearance. This makes it a good option for applications where privacy or diffusion of light is desired, such as lighting fixtures, skylights, or display cases.

Fluorescent cast acrylic sheet is durable, weather-resistant, and has good impact resistance. It can be easily formed and bent to suit a variety of needs and can be cut cast acrylic for laser cutting, drilled, and bonded with acrylic adhesives. It is also UV resistant and can withstand a wide range of temperatures. It is important to note that the fluorescence effect may fade over time when exposed to UV light and the intensity of the fluorescence will vary depending on the pigments used.

MC® Cast Acrylic Sheet EZ8 is specially formulated for fabricators looking to improve welding time and strength. EZ8’s enhanced welding performance is especially useful for thicker sheets and larger scale projects. Fabricators report great results, (25% shorter welding times than regular cast sheet) even on difficult to weld 3⁄8” and above thicknesses.
